Alex Munroe, MSW, RSW, Social Worker, Psychotherapist

Alex Munroe MSW, RSW, Social Worker, Psychotherapist, is a psychotherapist and Certified Bioenergetic Therapist in Private practice in Guelph, Kitchener and Toronto, supervises and trains psychotherapists locally and in Brazil and New York.  He is one of the Core Faculty at the Living Institute. Alex taught in social work programs in Lethbridge Alberta and at Wilfrid Laurier University in Waterloo and coauthored, with his wife Anne, "Health: the Basics, Canadian Edition".  Alex is a founder and currently director of the Southern Ontario Society for Bioenergetic Analysis.  He is part of the International Faculty of IIBA (International Institute for Bioenergetic Analysis) and sits on various IIBA committees, currently chairing the Selection Committee which oversees the selection and training of IIBA teaching Faculty.  His infant granddaughter is wonderful and is teaching him the nuances of Attachment Theory.
