Jan Ohm, RP

Jan is a Certified Sensorimotor Psychotherapist, neurofeedback trainer and neurotherapist, working with trauma-related dissociative disorders (PTSD, CPTSD, DESNOS, DDNOS), dissociative identity disorders(DID) and developmental attachment trauma. Using mindfulness-based, body-oriented methods grounded in neuroscience, Jan draws from her 30+ years of study and practice in mind/body disciplines and martial arts to provide body-based resources and resolution for individuals suffering with traumatized nervous systems. Jan is the Director of Somatic Healing Arts Clinic, and is currently on the board of the Canadian Humanistic and Transpersonal Association. Jan is a former trauma group therapy leader for the Barbra Schlifer Commemorative Clinic and is a clinical member of the Canadian Association of Psychodynamic Therapy.
